How to order custom cycling clothing for your club

Ordering custom cycling clothing involves several decisions: choosing the right products and sizes, creating the design, collecting orders and planning production. Here is how the process works with moomoo, from the first contact to delivery.

Start by exploring our website. You can browse our product catalogue and read more about our work with cycling clubs in our blog. This will give you a better overview of the products we offer and help you start thinking about what your team might need.

Get in touch

Once you have a general idea of what your team needs, get in touch with us. Tell us about your club, which products you are interested in and most importantly, when you need your new cycling kit.
We can also arrange a video call to learn more about your team and your needs. During the call, we can introduce moomoo, explain the different options available and answer any questions you may have.

Request samples

For new clubs, we strongly recommend trying our samples before placing your first order. This helps your team find the right sizes and gives you the opportunity to see, feel and try the products before making the final selection.

You can choose which products and sizes you would like to test, and we will put together a sample package based on your needs. The sample service costs 50 € + VAT, including delivery to Finland and return shipping to us. The usual testing period is one week.

Try the fit and choose your products

Use the sample kit to compare different products, fits and sizes and decide which options work best for your team.
We recommend trying several products if you are still deciding between different models. Please also keep in mind that our men’s and women’s products have different fits, so it is worth trying both when choosing sizes and products for the whole team.

Once you have made your selection, we can move on to the design.

Share your ideas and create the design

With the products selected, we can start working on the design.

You do not need to have a finished design in mind. Share as much information as you can about what you would like your team kit to look like. This can include logos, specific colours or colour codes, patterns, existing designs, reference images or other inspiration.
Based on your ideas and the selected products, our designer will create the first design proposal for your team. You can then review the design, give feedback and request adjustments until the final version is ready for your approval.

During the process, you will communicate directly with our designer, making it easy to discuss details, share feedback and develop the design together.
Our design service costs 60 € + VAT per hour.

Collect your team orders

While the design is being finalised, you can already start collecting orders from your club members. This helps keep the process moving and means that once the design is approved, we can also confirm the final products, sizes and quantities.

Based on the final quantities, we will prepare the offer for your confirmation before the order moves into production.
For larger club orders, we can also set up a self-service team shop, where club members can place their own orders directly.

Production scheduled around your delivery date

The production schedule is usually agreed with you in advance. We start with the date when you need your new team kit and work backwards from there to set the deadlines for the final design, quantities and order confirmation.

Once everything is approved, your order moves into production.
All our custom cycling clothing is produced under one roof in Tartu, Estonia. Having our production close to our team gives us direct control over the process and helps us keep to the agreed production schedule.

Delivery

Once your team order is ready, we pack it and ship it to Finland according to the agreed delivery schedule. For deliveries, we work with several trusted shipping partners, including DPD and DHL.
