moomoo’s designers will help you come up with a design for your apparel. You can use an existing design, enhance the ideas in existing designs or come up with a totally unique design of your own. If you wish, you can do everything yourself, in which case we will provide you with our special design templates. Before moving on to sewing, we will agree on the final look of the design. We will send the draft designs to you by e-mail.
We kick off the production process once the design has been approved and the advance payment has been paid. After that it will no longer be possible to make any changes to the order. We make use of industrial machinery in the production process, but our products are still time-consuming handicraft. It can up to eight weeks from the moment of confirming the order to finished product.
We will inform you when your order is complete. You can collect the item from our office at Riia 138c, Tartu or we will send the completed order using your prefered method to anywhere in the world . Take your new kit for a ride!
